122 Your Soul’s Calling: A Sacred Pause with Rha Goddess

It’s more than evident that for most of us, 2020 hasn’t particularly gone as expected. But, on the bright side, all of what we have journeyed throughout this year has given us the possibility to slow down and think about what’s really important – what actually matters! So, what is essential for you? What are the values and principles you truly want to stand by?

In this episode of The PurposeGirl Podcast, I’m fortunate to be joined by Rha Goddess, an entrepreneurial soul coach with a remarkable career as a cultural innovator, social impact strategist and creative change agent. Rha shares with us how crucial it is to build a conscious bond with ourselves, so that we can connect with our inner calling and then begin to transform the relationship we have between how the world occurs to us, and how we want the world to occur to us.

In this episode, Rha and I discuss the following:

  • The fact that all of us have a unique thing to bring, and it’s our responsibility to figure out what our true purpose is.
  • The importance of becoming aware of the gap between your current reality and the life you’d really want to experience can help you work towards the world you want to create for yourself.
  • Reviewing your beliefs is key – What you believe, what you think and what you act upon, defines your personal vibe.
  • How shifting from “victim” (being at the mercy of life) to “vision” can enable you to become a conscious active reality shaper.
  • The certainty that when you’re aligned with your vision and your purpose, you are unstoppable, and therefore success is inevitable.

You can connect with Rha on Instagram and Twitter @RhaGoddess, or on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/RhaGoddess). Also, don’t miss Rha’s Free Master Class on how to tap into your True Call! Find all relevant info at https://bit.ly/RhaGoddessPivot

121 My Birth Story – Baby Almost Didn’t Make It…

Hello Purpose Girls! I’ve missed you all so much! I had my baby – Shay Logan Rockind-Klur – and he is divinely perfect!!! But… he almost died during birth and in this episode of The PurposeGirl Podcast, I share our beautiful and scary story as it’s one of triumph over trauma and choosing to see the good no matter how bad.

I’m finally back from maternity leave now, and I’m excited to get back to the show, to coaching and to work! Becoming a mother has been beautiful and profound and the best thing I’ve ever done – and it hasn’t been an easy path. As you listen to my moving experience of giving birth and all the obstacles that had to be overcome throughout, I hope you hear how capable you also are of overcoming challenges and thriving.

In this heartfelt personal episode, I share:

  • How I created a “Goddess Cesarean” when I never wanted a C-Section – and you can create it too if you want an intimate beautiful C-Section.
  • Shay’s difficult birth where he almost died – and how I felt.
  • What to do when you are in a difficult situation – either change the situation, or change the way you think about it.
  • The importance of being resilient, and how this can be used to fulfill your own purpose.
  • Though it’s not easy, staying calm and not losing it during an emergency can have a crucial impact on how the situation unwinds.
  • Our collective purpose for future generations.
  • The meaning of Shay’s name.

120 Enough Of The Good Girl! with Kasia Urbaniak

Have you ever been scared of being too much but at the same time being too little? Do you usually find yourself feeling physically and emotionally exhausted for doing some really hard work for which you’re not even credited, or maybe not allowing yourself to express the full range of your emotions? If so, beware of these symptoms! You may be suffering from “Good Girl Conditioning!”

In this episode of The PurposeGirl Podcast, I’m fortunate to be joined by Kasia Urbaniak, founder and CEO of The Academy, a school that teaches women the foundations of power and influence through practical tools that helps them step into leadership positions in their relationships, families, workplaces, and wider communities. Kasia shares with us how most of the female learned behavior goes way back in time and what we can do in order to shift those disabling habits. This is our moment!

In this episode, Kasia and I discuss the following:

  • The so-called “Good Girl Conditioning” as a consequence of a social standard: Only good girls get married, so I need to be “good!”
  • The belief that self-attack (“oh, I’m so stupid for doing that!”) helps us correct our behavior, when it actually reinforces it.
  • Some very powerful techniques that may help us rebuild meaningful relationships.
  • How to ask for what you want and get it!
  • When you ask something of somebody, you are actually telling them who you think they are.

You can connect with Kasia Urbaniak on Instagram (http://www.instagram.com/realkasiaurbaniak/), Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/therealkasiaurbaniak) and at her official website http://www.kasiaurbaniak.com

It would really mean a lot to me if you would go to Apple Podcasts and leave me a review (hopefully a great one!), leave a 5 star rating, subscribe to this podcast so you never miss an episode, and download the episodes! And please spread the word and help our community grow!

Thank you so much spending your time with me! And if you aren’t following me already, you can find me on Instagram and Facebook, and click here to receive my newsletter.

May you live purposefully, may you love yourself, and may you love life.

Bye for now!
